Time orientation is an important way of differentiating different approaches to psychotherapy: the most concise formulation of time orientation for integral psychotherapy I can think of right now is the following:

I'm committing to a day-long home retreat today with partner and kids away, as follows:

11:10 break
11:20 exercise
noon -- lunch break  / relax
1:30 Guided meditation (Adya)
2:00 Break
2:10 Sit
2:40 Break
2:50 Exercise
3:20 Break (snack)
4:00 guided meditation (Adya)
4:30 break
4:40 Sit
5:20 break
5:30 exercise
6:00 dinner
7:30 relaxation -- V for Vendetta / March madness b-ball if on tv!

Thought that putting this online might help hold me to it; also, if someone else out there has a day off and wants to join in at home, go right ahead -- we can practice together!
